We want to educate every customer on our products, whether in person, online or by phone, so that you can make the best purchases for your needs. We test all battery operated toys before sale or shipping, and inspect each product for quality control. All of our products are guaranteed against manufactures defects. Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, we can only take back defective items that fail to function as they normally should within 14 days of purchase. Defective items can be exchanged for the same item or returned for store credit. We require the never-used, defective item to be returned with receipt in order to receive store credit. All products must be returned in clean, well-sealed, sanitary condition; uncleaned products of any kind will not be replaced or credited. Just call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning your item. Sale items are not returnable. Keep in mind if a toy stops working, we may be able to help you fix it over the phone! If it’s simply ‘not working for YOU’ then that may be out of our hands.
If you would like to order by phone, please call us at 505-265-5815. You can choose from items in our online store, then call to place your order. Or you can call for more choices or to place a special order. When you call, please have the following information ready: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Credit Card, and Item name.
Most of our shipping is done via the US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS packages go out Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within two business days, and shipping typically takes 4-10 days to arrive. If you provide us an email address with your order, we will automatically email you shipping confirmation. If you have a loving, sexy plan for a last minute date or get-away, we are very happy for you. We will be happy to offer express shipping upon request. Both online and in our Albuquerque store we believe strongly in creating a safe, comfortable environment for you to learn, shop, ask questions and explore. In our store we strongly committed to every person feeling comfortable to express themselves without judgment. If any person compromises the safety and comfort of another customer or of our staff, we maintain the right to ask them to leave the store. It is one of Self Serve’s most important store policies that we refuse to sell products that are harmful to people’s bodies. While this may seem basic, obvious and perhaps a given, the sad reality is that the vast majority of sex shops and catalogs sell creams, lotions and gels that are simply unsafe for use. Examples of harmful products we will not carry are handcuffs, analease, vaginal tighteners and stay hard creams. The items listed on our website have descriptions of size, texture, material or ingredients that may be incomplete. Toys often vary slightly in size within each manufacturer’s batch. We measure all insertable toys based on insertable length, not including the base or flange at the bottom. Keep in mind that each product’s feel, texture, or strength can vary slightly and its description is always somewhat subjective. We do our best to accurately portray our products so you can make an informed purchase. When in doubt, ask!
