Getting more intimate with ourselves and others begins with grasping our true individual natures, which we achieve through attunement— the crucial foundation for understanding our needs and desires.

In this class we'll take a practical and experiential look at attunement to understand, identify, and develop attunement within ourselves and with others.

Jennie Tian (she/her/hers) is a neurodivergent, immigrant, Chinese-American woman with a trauma history committed to making the world more livable for those left behind by our mental health care system.
