Wash the bullet vibe in warm water with a gentle soap for three minutes to sterilize it.  The dildo you can also wash for 3 minutes in warm water with gentle soap, and you can also boil it for 3 minutes.  Use it all with water-based lubricant.  You may be able to use it with oil-based lubricant.  Test a small area first by dabbing a little lube on an unimportant area.  If that area doesn't puff up in the next 24 hours, then that lube is ok to use with your toy friend.
