You wouldn't like this toy if you want an insertable with a wider girth and one that doesn't have an opening in the tip for wall hanging that you'll need to clean carefully.

Silicone is sterilizable!  You can boil it for 3 minutes, you can use a 10:1 water:bleach solution, you can even put it in the dishwasher!  You can also wash it with a gentle soap for 3 minutes and let it dry to get it sterilized.  As with all toys, we recommend you wash it before first use and after each use.  Use it with water-based lubricant if you're inserting it.
