• We ship our packages in USPS priority mail boxes or other plain packaging.
  
• The return address label will read: SS LLC, 112 Morningside NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108
  
• There will be no outward reference to the sexy goodness inside the box.
  

We currently do not. Orders can only be shipped within the US and it's so-called territories.

Your order will always be billed discreetly. Charges will appear as "SS LLC" on any credit or debit card statements.

• If your toy has a manufacturer warranty or if you are unsure if your toy is covered by a warranty, contact us.
• We handle manufacturer warranties so you don't have to.
• We can talk you through troubleshooting common user errors to make sure that it is in fact defective.
• You can bring in or ship us your defective toy and we will provide you with a replacement.

• If you are local to Albuquerque like we are you can go to Albuquerque Computer & Electronics Recycling Co. and drop off clean motorized toys.
• If you are not local to Albuquerque do a search for electronic recycling facilities near you and ask if they accept adult toys.
• Non-motorized toys can be disposed of safely and responsibly depending on the materials and your local recycling / waste disposal guidelines.
