We won’t share your name, email address, payment information, purchase history, sexual history, or anything else personal with anyone. Ever. We care deeply and strongly about confidentiality.

All shipments arrive in discreet packaging, whether it's from the store or from one of our distributors.

We appreciate that you trust us enough to share your most intimate questions and desires. Whether you’re asking for advice on how to use a toy, sharing a break up story, or have ordered a large dildo, you can be confident that we won’t share your story with anybody. • Orders $100 and over receive free shipping
• Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8
• We currently do not accept international orders
• Curb Side Pick Up is available at $0
• If you would like to pick up your order in-store, choose Curb Side Pick Up
• Online class is a shipping method billed at $0 but only applies to purchased classes 
• We ship our packages in priority mail boxes or other plain packaging through the United States Postal Service
  • The return address on your package label will read: SS LLC, 112 Morningside Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108
  • There will be no outward reference to the sexy goodness inside the box
  • If we have to declare contents for any shipping reason—your purchase will be appropriately named ‘lotion’ or ‘sporting equipment.’
• All orders are processed within one business day with exceptions for emergency store closure
• Your order may ship directly from our store in Albuquerque, NM or from one of our trusted suppliers
• Shipping within New Mexico usually takes 1-2 days
• Shipping from our main supplier in Colorado to Albuquerque usually takes 2-4 days

Returns

• At Self Serve we try to help you find the best products for you because we can not accept returns
• If a product you buy from us turns out to be defective, you may bring it back to us -in a plastic bag- within 2 weeks for store credit or a replacement
• If you purchase a product that has a manufacturer warranty (noted in the product description) and you need to use the warranty, contact us for guidance.  In most cases, we need to confirm the product's malfunction, provide you a new product, then return the defective item to the manufacturer for you
• If you purchase an in-person ticket to a class or event and can not attend, you may request store credit within 2 weeks of the event
