Silicone
- A non-porous material that can be sterilized between uses & partners to prevent the spread of bacteria and infection.
- To clean, wash by gently agitating with a body-safe soap and warm water for 3 minutes. To sterilize, wash by gently agitating with a body-safe anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner for 3 minutes.
- If toy does not contain a motor you can sterilize a clean toy by boiling it or running it through the dish washer (without dish detergent).
- Do not use with a silicone lubricant. Silicone lubricant will degrade any solid silicone it comes in contact with, causing your toy to become porous and deformed.
Plastic
- A porous material that can't be sterilized between uses & shouldn't be shared to prevent the spread of bacteria and infection.
- To clean, wash by gently agitating with a body-safe soap or toy cleaner and warm water for 3 minutes.
- Scratches in material can acquire bacteria that can lead to UTI's and other issues. If you notice scratches in material or suffer from recurring infections you can try using a condom on the toy as a safety barrier.
Glass & Metal
- A non-porous material that can be sterilized between uses & partners to prevent the spread of bacteria and infection.
- To clean, wash by gently agitating with a body-safe soap and warm water for 3 minutes. To sterilize, wash by gently agitating with a body-safe anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner for 3 minutes.
- If toy does not contain a motor you can sterilize a clean toy by boiling it or running it through the dish washer (without dish detergent).
Jelly Rubber
- A porous material that can't be sterilized between uses & shouldn't be shared to prevent the spread of bacteria and infection.
- To clean, wash by gently agitating with a body-safe soap or toy cleaner and warm water for 3 minutes.
- Let material air dry to avoid tearing or damaging.
- If item feels sticky when dry, apply a light coating of cornstarch to keep material feeling soft.
