A workshop with Nancy Ava Miller, MEd, CHt
Eye-Opening! Profound! Unique!
Attendees at this workshop will be guided into a deep, relaxed, hypnotic/meditative state, during which they will become in touch with their calm “inner being”—uninhibited and blissful. When rising from this transcendent peace, participants will quickly jot out a sexual fantasy they might wish to explore and title it but provide no byline. They will also describe 2-3 non-sexual activities they love—i.e., Chinese food, jogging, dogs, etc. These anonymous papers will then be exchanged, read aloud, and discussed within the group.
At the end of this workshop, the cards will be displayed on a table, and anyone attracted to a certain person’s sexual fantasy (or other personality traits) may place his/her name upon the anonymous page, thereby inviting further communion, should the original anonymous writer so choose.

Who IS Nancy Ava Miller?
In 1986 in Albuquerque, Nancy Ava Miller started one of the first S&M support groups, PEP—People Exchanging Power. Later, she traveled the land, creating other PEP organizations in DC, Tucson, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Baltimore, Denver, and St. Louis. Remember: this was pre World Wide Web and communion among kinksters was difficult back then! In addition, Nancy holds a Master’s in Education from University of Maryland plus she taught public school in the Washington, DC area for ten years. She is a former professional writer/photographer, now the author of Pervert: Notes from the Sexual Underground, an anthology, almanac, album, memoir, and history of her life in the sex biz, with over 101 mostly never before published photographs. In her youth, Nancy followed the Indian guru, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, around the globe, becoming a teacher of TM—Transcendental Meditation. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist to boot, and today remains active in her cherished BDSM community while still leading PEP, which continues its support and love for perverts everywhere.
